Hallmark Estates Window Cleaning

NOTICE:
April 2 – April 3
Hallmark Estates Window Cleaning 2024
Crews will be on site from 8:00am to 5:00pm daily, weather permitting. Please be aware of the
crews on site.

Includes:
-All exterior unreachable windows.
-Outward facing balcony railing glass.
-All common area windows.

Does not include:
-Inward facing balcony railing glass.
-Windows/patio doors within balconies.
-Removal of hard water stains or construction debris.

Service assumes:
-Removal of window screens is the responsibility of the residents. Screens left in place will cause panes
to be skipped and not returned to with no effect to the final invoice.
