Hallmark Policies
The corporation’s bylaws (and the Condominium Act) is the primary document that governs the ownership of Hallmark Estates. Where the bylaws are incomplete or leave room for interpretation, the board clarifies through the use of policies. Over the years, many policies have been passed or updated; however, we have not always been consistent about distributing those policies. As owners, boards and management companies change over, these very important documents often get forgotten about.
As part of our ongoing commitment to improving the governance of Hallmark Estates, we have started reviewing the existing policies, updating them where necessary and publishing them here. Obviously, this is just the beginning; work will proceed as priorities and time permits and as policies are published here, we will continue to announce them. Recently updated and posted are:
